Our Mission
The Men's Life department of
VCC is committed to partnering
with the Holy Spirit to see men
built up in their relationship with
Christ and others, give tools to
live and serve well, and send
out to do the words and works
of Jesus (Doin' the Stuff). At the
heart of this ministry is a desire
to call men into discipleship by
following Jesus and being
transformed by Him. We believe
Jesus wants to be a part of
every area in a man's life, and
He desires that they experience
His life pouring through them as
they work, play, love, and live.
Because no man is an island,
we are committed to
discipleship that takes place
within the context of
relationships.
Small Groups
Our small groups provide a
place for men to be encouraged
and built up in their faith, while
building deep and meaningful
relationships with other men.
With so many competing
demands for a man's time and
attention, it is important to
cultivate a place of refuge from
the storm so men can recharge
and refocus. These groups are
one avenue for men to build
foundational relationships with
Christ and one another, sharing
their life experiences, and
ministering to each other.
These groups also provide a
venue for the power and
presence of the Holy Spirit to
come while addressing issues
that men face in today's society.
We also recognize that many
men are more comfortable
relating "shoulder to shoulder"
rather than face to face,
therefore, we envision many of
these groups as a launching
pad for serving and impacting
the world around them.
Men's groups meet during
morning or evening hours.
There is usually a time for
conversation, Bible study,
prayer and worship. For more

Activities
Men's Life is growing and
activities are beginning to fill up
the schedule. We host a
monthly men's breakfast called
"Eats: Food for the Whole Man."
We have an annual men's
conference that usually takes
place in the spring of each year.
We are also beginning to get
more heavily involved in the
Helping Hands ministry, as well
as beginning a new prison
ministry. During the summers
we go on a rafting trip and we
are going to be starting some
sports leagues. Give Corey a

Integritydotmen©
Integritydotmen© is a group
designed to support, educate
and restore men as they
struggle to redeem true
masculinity. Current studies
show that 65-75% of Christian
men struggle regularly with
pornographic images, fantasy
and/or other sexual
brokenness. You will meet with
other men who share the same
battle. Group attendance is
confidential and open to all
men 20-70 years of age. For
